Always seeking for new products to satisfy lovers of French gastronomy, Maison Fayard includes two new references of a cult recipe in its ready-to-eat range: the Escargots de Bourgogne. This Burgundian specialty consists of stuffing wild Burgundy Snails with a so-called "snail" butter; this one is made of butter, garlic and parsley. This refined dish has been savoured for more than 200 years, it is quite often served during family meals and celebrations.

Maison Fayard now offers them in two shapes: canned (125g) and frozen (115g). Discover them in our partner stores and on the website www.frenchfoodsmarket.ca !

Maison Fayard has enriched its grocery range with new references. First of all, there are the marinated garlic, available in three flavors: basil, sweet chili and Provence herbs. They are to be served as an aperitif and will also complement the starters. See the products.

 

12 new spreads are also joining the aperitif range. 12 taste signatures from the most classic to the most atypical that put vegetables in the spotlight. They are to be used as a condiment or to spread on fresh bread, toast, blinis or sandwich bread according to your desires. See the products .

Finally, 13 new confits are arriving for the summer, 4 in 45 ml format, and 9 in 120 ml format. They will go perfectly with foie gras and cheese for the pleasure of all. See the products.
