Food pairings & tasting tips
Perfect match
Serve this lasagna piping hot, on its own or with a crisp salad with walnut oil or arugula with balsamic vinegar.
As for wine , choose a supple red from the Southwest: a Bergerac , a Côtes-de-Gascogne red or a light Pinot Noir will bring out the finesse of the confit.
Fayard House Council
Reheat the lasagna for 10 minutes in the oven at 180°C in its tray, or 2-3 minutes in the microwave. For a gratin texture, finish with a few minutes on the grill.
A comforting, no-preparation dish that combines simplicity and refinement.
