These dried porcini mushrooms are carefully selected for their intense aroma and generous texture. Once rehydrated, they release all their deep, woody notes , ideal for enriching a risotto, a sauce, a stir-fry or an omelet.

Dried porcini mushrooms.
Instructions for use
Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly in lukewarm water, then place into a small bowl and fill with hot water. Allow to soak for 15 minutes then drain. Then plunge your mushrooms into boiling water for one minute and drain. Your favourite mushrooms are now ready for cooking.

Add rehydrated porcini mushrooms to a white wine sauce to accompany roast poultry, or stir them into a creamy risotto for a forest touch.
As for wine , choose a dry white like a Saint-Véran or a dry Jurançon, which will balance the aromatic richness of the mushroom.
