Opening of the Mont-Tremblant boutique
2016
In response to growing enthusiasm, the first Maison Fayard boutique opened its doors in the pedestrian village of Mont-Tremblant, inviting food lovers to discover and taste foie gras, rillettes and confits on site.
Launch in the French market
2025
Building on its North American success, Maison Fayard expanded into France in 2025, making its selections of foie gras, caviar and condiments available to European food lovers through its website and future points of sale.
