FOIE GRAS de Canard entier GRANDE ORIGINE PÉRIGORD
Elevate your finest tables with this whole duck foie gras in a jar, a jewel of our Collection Gastronomique. Sourced in the Périgord, a land of excellence for French foie gras, it is slowly cooked to a traditional recipe that preserves all the nobility of the product. Its melting texture, delicate grain and round aromas make it an exceptional starter for your festive meals, refined dinners or gourmet aperitifs.

Food & wine pairings
Elevate this foie gras with a Sauternes with honeyed notes, a livelier sweet Jurançon, or for a Quebec touch, an ice wine from Île d'Orléans.
On the accompaniment side, our Fig & Almond Toasts pair wonderfully with its roundness, while our Date & Almond Toasts will bring a more indulgent note. For a more classic tasting, choose our Gingerbread or our Sliced Brioche Baguette.
HOUSE TIP
Take the jar out 15 minutes before serving to release its aromas. Slice it with a blade dipped in hot water, then place each slice on a warm toast, without spreading, to preserve its grain.
A fleur de sel, crushed pepper or a hint of fig chutney are enough to elevate it.
Ideal as a festive starter, at a chic aperitif or as a gastronomic gift.
