This Maison Fayard forest mix combines yellow boletes, black mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and shiitakes , carefully selected then dried to preserve all their deep, woody flavor . A generous texture, an intense aroma, perfect for enhancing your sauces, pasta or risottos.

Slippery Jack, Cloud ear, Oyster mushrooms, Shiitakes.
Instructions for use
Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly in lukewarm water, then place into a small bowl and fill with hot water. Allow to soak for 15 minutes then drain. Then plunge your mushrooms into boiling water for one minute and drain. Your favourite mushrooms are now ready for cooking.
