These potato slices can be baked with cream and cheese, or simply pan-fried with garlic and parsley to accompany meat or vegetarian dishes.
As for wine , choose a dry white wine from the Southwest or Burgundy, such as a Côtes de Gascogne or a Mâcon-Villages , to accompany the sweetness of potatoes and creamy dishes.
