Pork rillettes, made in France from pork shoulder, belly and pork fat, simply seasoned with salt and a natural pepper flavour, then slowly cooked to a melting, smooth texture. Free of additives and preservatives, they reveal the pure taste of confit pork. Spread them on fresh bread for the aperitif, as a starter or for a simple, tasty meal.
