Onions, Sugar (cane sugar), Wine vinegar, Caramel (sugar, water), Salt, Ginger, Pepper, Pectins, Citric acid.

Storage
Keep in a dry place.
Refrigerate after opening.
Shelf life once opened: 10 days in cold storage.
Best before: see date under the jar.
