This pork rillettes preparation is made from pork shoulder , pork belly and pork fat , seasoned simply with salt and natural pepper flavoring , then slowly cooked until it becomes meltingly smooth. Without additives or preservatives, this authentic dish reflects all the know-how of Maison Fayard.
