Duck mousse made in France, prepared with melting duck, fragrant porcini and a homemade persillade. The woody aromas of the porcini and the garlicky freshness of the persillade blend into the creamy texture of the mousse for a balance between softness and aromatic power. Spread it on toast at the aperitif or as a characterful starter.

Duck, Duck fat, Olivade (green olives, extra virgin olive oil, capers, anchovy paste, vinegar, garlic, citric acid), Green olives, Herbes de Provence (rosemary, basil, thyme, marjoram, savory), Salt, Pepper.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 21 days.
