This mousse combines the deliciousness of duck with the fruity sweetness of fig , subtly enhanced by a blend of spices reminiscent of gingerbread: cinnamon, ginger, anise, cloves and nutmeg.

Duck, Duck fat, Figs, Sugar (cane sugar), Red wine vinegar, Gelling agent, Pectins, Lemon juice, Rice flour, Gingerbread flavouring (Cinnamon, Ginger, Green anise, Clove, Nutmeg), Salt, Pepper.
