This artisanal gingerbread combines honey and cashew nuts with truffle , with a base of rye flour and mild spices . Its melting texture, enhanced by the subtlety of black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum and Brumale), makes it an exceptional accompaniment for your festive moments.
