French mini dry-cured saucissons in the Lyonnais tradition, sourced from artisanal producers and made in France with wild garlic (ail des ours). The wild garlic brings soft, herbaceous notes, lightly garlicky without being sharp, that extend the grain of the meat. In a 100g aperitif format, bite into them as is or add them to a cheese board for a springtime tasting.
