Caviar d'Aubergines
Eggplant caviar with a melting texture, made with sesame cream (tahini), garlic and a touch of spices for a soft, lightly grilled flavour. The balance between the smoky notes of the eggplant and the richness of the sesame makes it a generous, fragrant spread. Spread it on toast, serve it with bread or as a side to grilled dishes. 120ml format.
