Alsatian Pizza
Baked in a wood-fired oven, the Alsatian Pizza takes its inspiration from Munster cheese, bringing together Emmental, potatoes, Munster and lardons on a hand-shaped, hand-topped crust. An indulgent journey to the heart of Alsace.
Ingredients
Crust: enriched wheat flour, water, vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed), yeast, salt. Toppings: light cream 15% M.F. (milk, modified starches, pectins, lactic ferments), grated emmental cheese (milk, potato starch), potato (potato, salt, sodium disulfite), Munster cheese (milk), cooked smoked bacon (pork, salt, dextrose, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite), grilled onions, salt, spices, aromatic plants, sugar.
Contains: wheat, milk, sulphites.
May contain: salmon, tuna, nuts, egg.
Storage
Store in a freezer *** at -18°C.
Do not refreeze once thawed.
Best before: see the date on the side of the box.
