Savoyard Pizza
Baked in a wood-fired oven, the Savoyard Pizza takes its inspiration from tartiflette, bringing together light cream, potatoes, Reblochon and lardons on a hand-shaped, hand-topped crust. The mountains in an artisanal pizza.
Ingredients
Crust: enriched wheat flour, water, vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed), yeast, salt. Toppings: light cream 15% M.F. (milk, modified starches, pectins, lactic ferments), potato (potato, salt, sodium disulfite), Reblochon cheese (milk), grated Maasdam cheese (milk, potato starch), cooked smoked bacon (pork, salt, dextrose, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite), salt, spices, aromatic plants, sugar.
Contains: wheat, milk, sulphites.
May contain: salmon, tuna, nuts, egg.
Storage
Store in a freezer *** at -18°C.
Do not refreeze once thawed.
Best before: see the date on the side of the box.
