Tasting tips
The Dried Morels, Maison Pébeyre reveal all their intensity after rehydration. Soak them in warm water for about 30 minutes, then add them to your dishes to enrich their aroma.
At Maison Fayard, we love to elevate them in a cream and vin jaune sauce to accompany a poultry suprême, a veal fillet, or a creamy risotto.
They also bring a woody, noble note to a gourmet omelette or a festive savoury tart.
