French dry-cured saucisson in the Lyonnais tradition, sourced from artisanal producers and made in France with Lyonnais red wine. The wine brings fruity, full-bodied notes that blend harmoniously with the meat for a round, lingering finish. In a shareable 175g format, slice it at aperitif time or alongside a cheese board with a glass of red.

Ingredients
Pork (French origin), salt, lactose, spices and aromatic herb, alcohol, sugar, dextrose, preservative: potassium nitrate, starter cultures, collagen casing.
Allergens: Lactose.
Remove the casing before consumption.
Storage
Store at a maximum of 18°C.
Once opened, consume promptly and store between 0°C and 4°C in a dry, ventilated place.
