Trufarome is a condiment made with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, from wine vinegar and concentrated grape must, flavoured with truffle aroma. A tangy, rounded sweetness with a lingering woody note. A few drops over a salad, carpaccio, burrata, grilled vegetables or strawberries. The seasoning that changes everything.
