Refined woody aroma

Gastronomic flavour

Ideal for celebrations

Elegance and tradition meet in the extra dried porcini by Maison Pébeyre, a treasure of the French terroir. Selected from the finest Boletus edulis, these exceptional mushrooms reveal an intense fragrance and a melting texture once rehydrated.
Their woody, refined aroma beautifully elevates your risottos, meats in sauce, fresh pasta or scrambled eggs.
A must for festive tables, dried porcini embody the gastronomic know-how of Maison Pébeyre, available in Canada thanks to Maison Fayard, for dishes that are both authentic and spectacular.

Tasting tips

Before use, soak the dried porcini in warm water for about 30 minutes to release all their aromatic richness.

At Maison Fayard, we love them in a creamy sauce to accompany a farm-raised poultry, a veal fillet, or a risotto with fresh herbs.

They also pair wonderfully in a porcini omelette, a rustic quiche or as a finishing touch on a foie gras toast for festive meals.
