A whole lobe of finely peppered duck foie gras, in a large 300 g format. Easy to unmould and slice, it is enjoyed chilled on toast or lightly pan-seared for a melting escalope. A generous piece for special occasions.

Duck foie gras, salt, pepper, sodium nitrite, ascorbic acid.
Storage
Keep refrigerated.
